This cockatoo is feeling awfully chatty today! Who knows what his owner said to him to make him go this coo-coo, but we have to admit it is pretty funny! He goes running around the kitchen floor, spreading his wings and chatting away!
Is he mad? Excited? Just playing around? Guess all we can do is watch and laugh!
