There’s nothing more heartbreaking than seeing an animal in distress — especially when they’re as adorable as the sweet critter found recently by officers in Parlier, CA.
Unfortunately, our lovable dogs and cats seem to be prone to finding themselves in these kinds of sticky situations, like the silly pup who chased a rabbit into a pipe, finding himself unable to get back out again.
For the small fry below, however, she was perfectly capable of waltzing out of the drainpipe she had been using as a shelter, but was likely too scared to trust the two officers from the Parlier Police Department who arrived after already having to fend for herself at such a young age. It’s so upsetting to think about how long she might have spent before they arrived to bring her to safety.
Thankfully, after several failed attempts, the officers got creative and found the perfect solution to persuade her out of the small tunnel.
