Kitten playing with dog tail, it looks very funny. Look necessarily. Dog chasing tail should not, it would be a symptom of mental disorders. But a cat can. The reason is purely biological: it is the nature of hunting of this species. The cat preys on small and nimble prey, and the tail serves as a kind of simulator for these movements and techniques. Production dogs a major, so to train in such small and precise movements it need not.
More than that, it’s unnatural. Even when the dogs “mouse”, they do it differently. And then shall come into force motto practical animal psychology: “Everything is good in moderation”. If the cat is young (about a year) and she’s still got a lot to learn and what to learn, then let them playing and developing.
