As the lucky owner of a pair of cats, I know that many of us will go an extra couple of kilometers to find the right healthy food for their Pets. In particular, hosts often reflect on whether they should prefer wet food, dry food or a combination of them as the optimal choice for their Pets. Indeed, there was a huge amount of discussion and research on proper nutrition and diet for cats.
The truth is that the only correct solution has not yet been found. So in one study we compared the tests of glucose tolerance (taken blood samples and the test measures how quickly glucose is removed from the blood after a meal) and the researchers found no significant difference between cats eating dry and wet food.
