This video is so sad, that even the rescuer, who’s used to seeing sick and abandoned animals every day started to cry at one point. When the rescuers first saw Duffy, he was lying on the floor of a room in a neglected puppy mill.
He seemed happy to finally see people, and even greeted them with his paw, but that was the maximum his strength allowed him to do. He couldn’t even stand on his own!
