I will truly never understand how people can be so cruel to dogs like this. When plumber Carlos Carillo and his colleague were on their way to work one day, they saw a scared dog on the side of the road with his mouth taped shut and his body tied up with tubing. The poor dog was clearly abandoned and left to die. It’s stories like this that just break my heart!
Carlos and his colleague did what any kind people would do and helped the poor little pup. They took him to the vet and to the shelter and did everything they could to help him. You can see that the dog is very much happy to be alive now and is looking for his forever home, but no dog in this world deserves treatment like that! Ever!
This dog had to suffer such horrible conditions having his mouth taped like that and his body tied up. He was just left there on his own with no way out of the situation.
