The great outdoors. There’s nothing like a walk on the great outdoors. The clean air, the breeze in your hair and the chance to experience plants and animals in their raw form.

Because of this, walking and trail running have been gaining popularity over the years. People don’t want to have to go to the gym and get on a treadmill. They can have a much better experience own their own. Besides, it’s free!

This type of exercise is very good for people who have a health condition like hypertension. Adults and young people alike are recommended to walk for at least 30 minutes every day.

How many of us get up and do that? Nowadays, people have a job that requires them to be in front of a screen all day. The chances that they can get up and exercise are slim to none. Therefore, doctors recommend walking for 30 minutes.

Many experts believe that walking in the outdoors vs walking on a treadmill also has a psychological effect. This effect is liberating for the one who chooses to do it outdoors. Because most of people’s “moving” takes place in an indoor setting. People are starting to have anxiety issue. If you ever feel like this, don’t hesitate in giving outdoor exercise a shot.

Some people prefer to exercise with their significant other. For them, exercising by themselves is just boring. Besides, when you exercise with someone else, exercising is a lot more fun. You can also do other things like catch up on each other’s day. You start walking and start talking. Time flies and by the time you know it, you will be at your destination.

One of these couples was taking their usual walk in the trail. Walking for them has always been very relaxing. They enjoy not only each other’s company but the fresh air as well.

One day, they noticed something strange. There was a small animal playing in the water. They get a little closer to see what it is. It turns to be an otter that was playing in the water. They get a little closer and start talking to it.

When they do, the strangest thing happens. The otter lunges at them and starts behaving like a dog. No, it doesn’t bark. The otter starts playing with the lady and because of the way it plays, you could swear it is a dog. You must see it to believe it!
