I bet this is the most unique bird you’ve ever seen. Underneath all that floof is a parakeet called Whipper and he’s the most amazing inhabitant of Winton, New Zealand. His unusual feathers are a result of a rare genetic mutation because of which he was abandoned at birth, but fortunately, people of Winton recognized how awesome he is.
Whipper is now a happy, healthy bird who have become a bit of a celebrity in his home town, not only because of his unusual appearance but also because this video has been seen by millions of people worldwide. We think he’s adorable.
